The Ohm Tuning Fork is tuned to 136.1 hz or vibrational beats per second. The sound wave created by the Ohm Tuning Fork works like kinetic energy to move disharmony and tension from the body and restores a sense of well-being.

Sound healing takes place when you listen to music that soothes or energizes you. Healing can also take place when a specific sound vibration is applied to the body. Ohm is the primordial tone and has the effect of calming, soothing, grounding and energizing the body. Sound healing is known to reduce stress and pain.
