Crystal Singing Bowl Meditations
Crystal Singing Bowls create a 'pure' sound. The history of singing bowls dates back before the Buddha, Shakyamni (560-480 B.C.) . The vibration of the bowls is like the primal voice of the once quiet universe.
During a meditation session, the bowls are played in varying patterns. Usually beginning with the root chakra, then moving up through the sacral, heart, third eye and crown to fully open and attune you to the energy around you. Then, the sounds are combined.
Each personal experience is different. One person may feel the opening of different levels of energy within them; one may see colors as each bowl is played; one may even feel themselves leave the body and flow with the sounds.
Meditation sessions are offered for individuals or groups. Prices Vary.
